Welcome to our session calendar. All of our group classes that we schedule appear in the calendar below. The fee and number of available spaces for each class is clearly displayed. Booking is made via the “Sign Up” button.
City based classes
- If you’re looking to book a class in the city gym, you can do so using the Booking App PTMinder below.
- We’ve limited the sessions to a max of 10 people via this process so we keep spaces available for our weekly paying members.
- Each class is 45-minutes in duration, so please arrive 5-minutes early for stretch & warm up.
Personal and semi-private training
- Sessions are also available via the booking app but do not display on this calendar.
- They are only displayed on the individuals app dashboard.
